Refurbishment & demolition surveys
Intrusive surveys of the areas affected by planned refurbishment, or the whole building before demolition, so project teams know what asbestos the work will meet before it starts.
Sampling and material assessment
Bulk samples go to accredited laboratories. Analytical certificates travel with the issued report, and each material is scored for its potential to release fibres.
Issued PDF reports
Limitations are written into the report so it reflects what was actually seen, then issued as a PDF that is never edited in place.
